When is the Galaxy Note 2 getting Android 4.2

The Galaxy Note 2 has been out for a while now.  There are rumors of the Galaxy S IV launching soon.  I am really starting to get curious as to when the going to get the latest Android 4.2 update?  I want to try out the Google Now lock screen widget.
